Discover the stunning waters and hidden gems of Puerto Rico. From bioluminescent bays to pristine island beaches, every charter is an adventure.
The best islands to visit by boat from San Juan and Fajardo, Puerto Rico include Culebra (world-famous Flamenco Beach), Icacos (pristine uninhabited cay), Vieques (bioluminescent bay), Cayo Santiago (Monkey Island), and Caja de Muertos (off-the-beaten-path nature reserve near Ponce). All are accessible by private yacht charter with departures daily from San Juan, Fajardo, and Ponce. For remote offshore destinations like Isla de Mona, Puerto Rico's protected wilderness reserve, permits and logistics differ — our charters stay within the main-island archipelago.

A pristine uninhabited island off the coast of Fajardo, Icacos is the crown jewel of Puerto Rico's eastern coast. Crystal-clear turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and vibrant coral reefs make it the perfect snorkeling and swimming destination. Just a 20-minute boat ride from Fajardo marina, it's our most popular day trip.

Culebra Island offers Puerto Rico's best full-day private boat charter — Flamenco Beach, Carlos Rosario snorkeling, and catamaran tours from Fajardo in 90 min. Home to Flamenco Beach — consistently ranked among the world's top beaches by TripAdvisor — and the Carlos Rosario and Tamarindo snorkeling reefs, Culebra is the headline destination for most full-day charters out of Fajardo. A private catamaran or yacht from Puerto del Rey marina reaches the island in roughly 90 minutes, giving your group a full day of beach time, snorkeling with sea turtles, and stops at the quieter coves on the island's west side. San Juan departures are available on request for a longer sea day.
Flamenco Beach is the headline — a one-mile crescent of talc-white sand with calm turquoise water, reachable on foot from the dinghy landing after your charter anchors offshore. Carlos Rosario reef, a short swim from the beach, is widely regarded as one of the best snorkeling sites in the Caribbean, with healthy elkhorn and staghorn coral, sea fans, parrotfish, and regular green sea turtle encounters. Tamarindo Beach on the northeast side offers even calmer water and very reliable sea-turtle sightings in the shallows.
A private charter gives you exclusive use of the boat, which matters on Culebra trips: you choose when to move between anchorages, skip the crowds at Flamenco, and extend at Carlos Rosario or Tamarindo for as long as the group wants. Our catamarans (15–75 guests) are the most popular choice for Culebra because they offer the stability most guests prefer on the Fajardo–Culebra crossing, with generous deck space for lounging and shallow draft for anchoring close to the beach.
Typical full-day Culebra charter: $2,500–$4,500 depending on vessel size and group, 8 hours on the water, crewed with USCG-licensed captain. Snorkel gear, cooler, and ice are included; bring your own drinks and lunch (or ask us to arrange catering). For a shorter day on closer reserve cays, see our Icacos Island day trips.

Famous for Mosquito Bay, one of the brightest bioluminescent bays in the world, Vieques is pure magic after dark. By day, explore secluded beaches, snorkel in warm waters, and enjoy the laid-back island atmosphere. Our sunset-to-stars charter is the ultimate Vieques experience.

A private island paradise off the coast of Fajardo, Palomino Island is surrounded by crystal-clear waters and pristine coral reefs. Accessible only by boat, it offers an exclusive beach experience with calm waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling. A favorite stop on our eastern coast charters.

Known as "Monkey Island," Cayo Santiago is home to a colony of free-ranging rhesus macaques studied by researchers since 1938. While landing is restricted, a charter around the island offers incredible wildlife viewing and beautiful surrounding waters for swimming and snorkeling.

A stunning sandbar and reef system off the southern coast, Cayo Lobos offers some of the most turquoise waters in Puerto Rico. The shallow sandbars create natural pools perfect for wading, while the surrounding reefs teem with tropical fish. An off-the-beaten-path gem for charter guests.

Depart from the heart of San Juan for a sunset cruise with stunning views of Old San Juan's colorful buildings, El Morro fortress, and the modern Condado skyline. Our San Juan Bay charters are perfect for celebrations, corporate events, or a romantic evening on the water.

A short sail from Puerto Rico, St. Thomas offers duty-free shopping in Charlotte Amalie, world-class snorkeling at Coki Beach, and panoramic views from Mountain Top. Multi-day charters to St. Thomas combine open-water sailing with island exploration.

Two-thirds national park, St. John is the most pristine of the US Virgin Islands. Trunk Bay's underwater snorkeling trail, secluded Honeymoon Beach, and lush hiking trails make it a charter destination like no other. Anchor in one of many protected bays for a tranquil overnight.

The gateway to the British Virgin Islands, Tortola offers dramatic mountain scenery, hidden coves, and the famous Cane Garden Bay. Charter from Puerto Rico to Tortola for a multi-day Caribbean adventure through some of the world's best sailing waters.

Home to The Baths — massive granite boulders forming spectacular grottos and tidal pools — Virgin Gorda is one of the most photographed destinations in the Caribbean. Our charters anchor in North Sound for world-class snorkeling and beach time.

The smallest of the four main British Virgin Islands, Jost Van Dyke packs enormous charm into its tiny footprint. Famous for the Soggy Dollar Bar at White Bay and its New Year's celebration, it's the quintessential Caribbean island stop on a multi-day charter.
